It takes a very impressive service for me to score 5 stars as I always feel everything can be improved, however from the first survey meeting to installation it has been brilliant. Especially as they fitted me in urgently as I had moved to a cottage on my own. The old Cornish cottage was a challenge too with thick granite / stone walls but they fitted the equipment both cameras and alarm extremely sympathetically. As far as after care – responsive and more importantly solutions to any small niggles and

I contacted ISpy CCTV following a spate of anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood tensions that were affecting my local area including my driveway. Lloyd was fantastic; I cannot thank him enough. He was there the following day and the camera was installed by that evening. It is a testament to their customer service and professionalism that they were able to source, install and provide the necessary understanding of the equipment in such a short period of time, given our current circumstances. The system itself provides probably the clearest and best quality images direct to my computer or phone that I have ever viewed. Being motion censored Lloyd was also able to establish boundaries and other aspects of the software to prevent passers by my property from activating the camera. Coming from a security background employment wise I have viewed a lot of CCTV footage over the last 2 decades and I can honestly state that the system installed is 100% professional industry standard, simple to use and crystal-clear HD quality too.

Fantastic all around, start to finish. Lloyd and his team installed a hikvision system in our house to integrate with the telecom door we have. We chose cctv to give us piece of mind living at an in-town house location so we can monitor the property. The system installed links seamlessly with our phones to give us peace of mind whilst in the property and of course when we are at the beach.
Door entry system which allows us to talk to delivery drivers is a great, coupled with keyless entry again using an app on our phones is a real game changer!!!

Lloyd from Ispy CCTV has been brilliant. We had a very rushed installation during lockdown , Lloyd and his colleague both wore PPE (which I really appreciated!) The process was quick, tidy and professional and a follow up appointment 7 days later to check everything was working right and I could use the system ok, was very helpful.
A few occasions since the installation I’ve needed to contact the company for assistance with tweaking things here and there and for help with data retrieval etc , having them on the phone when I’ve needed them has been really helpful.
I can’t thank him enough.
The images are brilliant quality and ideal for legal evidence for the police etc. My set up wasn’t the most expensive but its definitely good value for money, it does a great job and has made us feel a lot safer at home.
