We are a small local business covering all of St Austell and surrounding areas. Between me and my work partner we have over 35 years of experience in the building trade. We undertake all aspects of internal and external work. We work to a high standard constantly and cleanliness is second nature to us. You can rest assured that any work carried out by us will be done to the highest standards and at affordable prices!​ We specialise in plastering and building, there are no issues, problems or possible situations regarding plaster work, damp proofing & building renovations we have not already encountered throughout the years so we will not be phased by anything regardless of whether its a small or large job needed. We also offer a range of specialist works such as traditional lime Plastering, lime pointing, timber treatments (woodworm/ dry rot/ wet rot) we replace rotting joists & timbers in the home if they cannot be preserved. We also supply and fit top quality ventilation units to eliminate condensation and damp building up in the home which are by far the most economical on the market. All units are installed by a fully qualified electrician who works with myself. All work is guaranteed and certificates are sent to all customers after completion of any work. All damp proofing work is carried out to the latest code of practice for installation of a chemical damp proof course BS6576 (2005)
