SW construction have carried out all our construction works at a large Victorian church in Lostwithiel that has been converted into 7 properties. SW construction have managed everything aspect of the maintenance for us including call outs at very short notice, Managing sub-contractors and different disciplines in order to give us one simple point of contact, Work with our budget to develop a budget plan for repairs the roof which is over 120 years old. Before SW construction maintained our building we had on-hoing leaks that continued for as much as a decade with many different companies failing to find a solution. SW construction took the time and used their expertise to hunt out the issues and solve our issues. We would highly recommend SW construction to anyone with a historical building or dealing with a large building with multiple properties contained.

Steve provided a detailed room-by-room quote. As the project developed extra work was priced up prior to the work being done. Steve delivered the whole project to budget.
We had very few snags and Steve dealt with them promptly. I recommended Steve to a friend and they were very happy with the standard of his work.

Steve Whiting has worked for us in Fowey on various projects. Firstly on the removal of load-bearing internal walls to create one large sitting/dining room, with slate floors laid throughout the ground floor. Secondly to mix and lay a concrete foundation for a large shed and finally to replace our rotten conservatory floor with a damp-proofed, concrete floor with a tongue and groove wood finish .
Steve and colleagues work to the highest standards, on time and on budget, albeit with very low coffee mpg!
