Servicing & Repairs
Owners of Automated gates and barriers at commercial and multi-occupancy premises with regular public access are required to ensure that the systems are regularly maintained and that a test is conducted to ensure that the forces applied by the system are within the current health and safety regulations. We use the latest speedforce digital force testing equipment to provide a printed report which states the forces generated by your automation system to ensure that it remains compliant and so that you can show due diligence.
South West Automation Systems can offer a maintenance package to carry out a full service and maintenance check on your residential or commercial automation system where we would carry out the following checks;
- System service and maintenance check where any faulty components can be repaired or replaced
- Lubrication of any mechanical parts as necessary
- Inspect and clean all circuitry and components
- Testing and diagnostics of safety devices to include detailed system force testing compliance report
- Adjustments of gate/barrier hardware
- Re-alighnment of gate/barrier as necessary
- Service includes cost of labour and consumables
