Welcome to Southwest Junk Removal. We operate a man and van rubbish removal service covering all of Cornwall. We remove waste for both domestic and commercial customers and although we are based in St Columb, we cover the whole of Cornwall 6 days per week. As a fully licensed upper tier Waste Carrier with The Environment Agency, all of our waste is disposed of correctly at licensed sites and relevant paperwork will be provided. As advocates for a healthier planet we aim to upcycle or recycle as much of our waste as possible.

Professional, Efficient House Clearance
Whether your requirement for a house clearance is due to an end of tenancy, repossession or family bereavement the job will be carried out in an efficient yet respectful way. We know certain items can bring back memories of loved ones and it is not nice to see these things being thrown out. If your property needs completely clearing we can remove curtains, carpets, dismantle sheds, greenhouses. Whatever your needs are we will do our upmost to meet them.
Recycling and upcycling
Not everything you need removing will be rubbish to everybody. If you have working appliances or furniture in good condition we may be able to apply a discount to your clearance. Everything else that can be recycled will be recycled.

Building Site Waste Clearance
Our man and van building/renovation waste collections mean you have no skip permits to pay for, no skip taking up space on your site and all loading is done by ourselves. We will always try to beat any skip prices. If we are able to keep different waste streams separate when loading such as wood, plaster, hardcore and tiles it ensures even more waste can be recycled and also makes the clearance much cheaper for yourselves
