Sam gave a quote in good time. To do repair remove slit slate vent and replace. Managed to fit me in to his busy schedule and completed the work just now. Polite and friendly. As I can’t climb the roof I can not look at the work but I’m sure it’s all good.

The whole experience/interaction with this company was throughly professional from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to family or friends. Sam turned up on time, prioritised my emergency job, was courteous and ensured I was kept up to date with what was happening at all times. Even when additional work was identified Sam ensured I was happy to go ahead and accrue additional costs first and showed before and after photos of work completed. I was able to relax knowing that a professional job was being undertaken all for an extremely reasonable cost.

Called out Shoreline roofing based on their reviews here to look at a water leak coming into our dining room from the roof. Sam was courteous and very helpful over the phone and came to us the next day as he promised. Looking at our roof he was very informative and told me every step that he was taking along with photos to show me. He managed to carry out a temporary repair for us so we didn’t get any more problems whilst we arranged for the insurance claim to start. Very professional, reliable and tidy. Will not use anyone else in future.

I would recommend Shoreline roofing without hesitation. The job was done quickly and efficiently in inclement conditions. Sam was an absolute gentleman to deal with and kept us informed of his progress and showed us the damage he was repairing under the slates. He left his work area clean at the end of each day and left the area spotless on completion. The finished job looks great. I certainly wont look any further than Sam for future issues.

The silicone seal on my balcony needed replacing. Sam came, quoted and carried out the work within 4 days. He removed the old silicone and resealed my whole balcony – very neatly and explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend Sam as he was very professional, polite,helpful, has very reasonable rates and his work is second to none! I wouldn’t hesitate to call on his services again. I’m a very happy customer!

Sam came to do a repair to my roof on a very windy day with a forecast of rain to come. He told me what needed doing so replaced some tiles , checked the roof was okay underneath and took all the rubbish away with him. Sam was quick to answer on Checkatrade and visited to quote at the earliest opportunity. He fitted me in within a week and carried out a thoroughly professional job – including a couple of areas that weren’t easily identifiable until breaking into the roof. This was important to me because is was trying to plaster a room that was suffering from leaking rain water until fixed. Sam is extremely polite and friendly, and provides good value for money. S am Bayes – Shoreline Roofing Checkatrade ID 1095224 We would like to recommend very highly, this tradesman, who came to our rescue when our garage roof started collapsing. He not only responded almost immediately (despite being busy) but came and made our central heating boiler,which was on the garage wall, safe and protected. Despite the awful weather, he worked non stop, to make sure the new roof was put on as soon as possible. He did everything with a good humour and we would not hesitate to give him 5 stars . We would recommend him to anyone for cost and quality of work.

From start to finish the service was impeccable. Went above and beyond to ensure the job I needed, was exactly what I required. Prompt reply and quote given. Reasonable price for what was done. Extremely polite and very tidy. Worked through awful weather and ensured my internal cylinder was protected at all costs. I can’t recommend this company enough. If you want a great job doing at a reasonable price, then this is the man to go to. Turned up every day on time, no excuses and just cracked on with the job.
