Got a quick reply from Louise who arranged for Dan to go out and diagnose, while our guests were at the property.
Dan turned up at the agreed time and within 30 mins had called me to say the problem was fixed and our guests were happy they could charge up their car again.

Easy and quick communication from obtaining a quote to turning up dead on time to do the job which he did very very neatly indeed. Very knowledgeable ,took his time with everything he needed to do the job properly! Cleaned everything after job was finished,explained everything I needed to know ,gone over the Hypervolt app,make sure charger works as I should and once I was happy with everything he went home. And it was cheaper compared to other quotes.

Excellent service. From initial enquiry Dan was helpful, informative and really quick to respond. Although the initial information requirement is quite detailed that negated the need for a survey prior. We received two other quotes who both needed to carry out a survey in person. Mr Charger proved to be excellent value for money in comparison to the other quotes we had. Additionally, we had a minor issue with our unit (not due to installation) and Dan was extremely helpful and responsive in sorting this for us. So great to see such excellent customer service.
