I originally found Dan @ Mr Charger, Newquay through the Hive approved installers. I approached Dan prior to relocating to Camborne and he offered some honest advise about the Hive charger and subsequently the other options available to me. During the house buying process Dan kept in touch and with less than two weeks notice Dan was booked to carry out the installation. The installation itself was quite straight forward with the wiring already there. Dan was polite and personable and worked in a clean and thorough method talking me through the setup process of the charger and making sure I was happy. Got a quick reply from Louise who arranged for Dan to go out and diagnose, while our guests were at the property.
Dan turned up at the agreed time and within 30 mins had called me to say the problem was fixed and our guests were happy they could charge up their car again.

Excellent service. From initial enquiry Dan was helpful, informative and really quick to respond. Although the initial information requirement is quite detailed that negated the need for a survey prior. We received two other quotes who both needed to carry out a survey in person. Mr Charger proved to be excellent value for money in comparison to the other quotes we had. Additionally, we had a minor issue with our unit (not due to installation) and Dan was extremely helpful and responsive in sorting this for us. So great to see such excellent customer service.
