Rob has done various work for us. Plumbing, new shower unit etc, roofing, cleaned all our roof, now free of moss! That’s just a few of the jobs he’s done for us. We find him excellent. Reliable clean and tidy worker Any problems with our bungalow Rob is the first person to contact.

Rob is 100% reliable – He has never let me down once – This indeed a rarity in today’s world. His communication is prompt and crystal clear, which iis vital when you’re not in the property or at work. Rob always keeps me up to date before and during a job – He listens intently to what I want/need and uses questions to probe/tease out the nuance to ensure he fully understands the ask/remit. He explains the issues/challenges/constraints in laymen terms and actively listens – He provides options and mitigations to enable me as the customer to make an informed decision about the how and the materials. Rob is always able to provide a well thought through mitigation/solution.
Rob’s time management is excellent and his activities/tasks are clearly defined and his invoicing transparent.

Rob cares about what he does, he treats your property with respect and he goes above and beyond to help/support. Rob has been very valuable to me in the early stages of my renovations, when I was not in the property, sending me photos & videos and going above & beyond dealing with deliveries to the house on numerous occasions.

I would throughly recommend Rob Ryan to do any work around your home. He is an excellent plasterer, wonderful carpenter, and generally an amazing all-rounder. Rob is also so friendly, and will give excellent advice, if it is for a routine prebooked job, or an emergency that you may have, you will always receive 1st class service, and he is totally trustworthy to be a key holder
