Booked a drive belt replacement, assuming mechanic would know what they were doing as fords have a stretch type belt that isn’t easy to fit without specialist tools.
Guy turns up and uses screwdrivers to try and pry belt over the alternator pulley, with absolutely no care that he was damaging the alternator at the same time. Not only could he not get the new belt on, he broke both the new and existing belt making the car undrivable.
His solution was to come back the next day and try the same method again…
Cost me over £200 for a new alternator, another £50 for a tow.

Josh was able to come out within the hour to diagnose recurring warning lights on my VW Golf. He eliminated common faults by trial and error and plugged his diagnostics. He was then able to get to the root cause of the fault. Top work. Would use again.
