Tom responded quickly to sort out a small hidden leak, It turned out it was but had done a lot of damage. Ended up fitting new flooring to the area, replacing the sink cupboard, fixing and replacing new pipes, waste etc for washing machine, dishwasher and sink. He managed to refit the old cupboard door on too. He also sorted out the shower and cistern. Nothing was too much effort. He was friendly, professional, helpful and offered advice and options. Would highly recommend.

An amazing job at a great price. Tom was attentive from the very beginning, offering us a video call to assess the work needed to change our system from a tank/immersion heater and heating only boiler, to a combi boiler, and give us a fixed quote. Tom was a pleasure to have in the house and was courteous, respectful and polite. He offered consultation about the work and any obstacles he encountered at every step of the way, and his communication was impeccable. Most of all he did a good job at a good price and we’re very happy with the end result.

Tom was brilliant, I previously had another Gas Engineer look at the issue and he could not figure out what the issue was. Tom knew straight away what the problem was, ordered the part and fixed it really quickly and very reasonable with price. I will definitely be using Tom again in the future if needed!
