We met Mick a few months ago due separate boiler issues. As soon as I realised there was a new problem I sent Mick a text message and he replied almost immediately. The boiler is old and was causing us issues, we were without heating and have a young child – Mick did his best to try and fix it to save us money just before Christmas but ultimately we had to make the decision to get a new boiler. Mick made us a priority expressing his concern over us not having heating with a small child and has carried out an excellent job! He is efficient, reliable and above all clearly cares about the work he carries out.

Mick saved our bacon this last week, he answered a call at 7:30 in the morning to a sudden broken down boiler and was at our house within less than 3 hours to try and fix it. Mick did everything he could to fix the boiler but due to some badly done servicing done elsewhere, the whole boiler needed to be replaced. Due to it being 2 days before Christmas and shops closing/order cut off points, Mick came out ASAP with his son and fitted the new boiler first thing on the 27th of Dec. They were both so lovely and a hoot to be around, you’ll have amazing entertainment and a great laugh with them whilst they do a bang up job. Unbelievably grateful for their service and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Mick came to our rescue when our boiler broke down. He knew exactly what was wrong. The boiler was fixed with new parts and an amazing full service within a couple of days.
