Founded in 2017, Dragonfly Drones provide safe, legal, day and night aerial imagery to customers who need high quality video and photography  to complete their projects.
The owner of Dragonfly Drones is an experienced Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) authorised and  registered drone operator, with your safety as their number one priority.
​Their operations include up to £10 million public liability and indemnity insurance, your personal data is stored and used fairly and lawfully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

For the past year (since March 2023) Jeremy Wilkinson has consistently accepted and completed photography assignments through the company i work for, Service Certainty. We have spoken regularly via text, phone and email, Jeremy is a lovely person to talk to in a professional capacity. Jeremy is polite, friendly and always prepared with the information needed. He contacts the clients to arrange the appointments, confirms the location the photography will be undertaken at, captures high quality images of the damaged asset and returns them via our portal for quality check, all in a timely manner. In Jeremy’s position, he has occasionally had to deal with uncooperative or unreachable clients, i have always been so pleased with his skills in handling this, always remaining professional and offering alternative solutions to keep our client’s happy. Additionally, I’d like to note that Jeremy has kindly gone above and beyond for our admin team before, travelling outside of his range to cover an assignment when we’ve needed extra support, for example if another photographer was unwell and couldn’t keep their commitment. His customer service skills are excellent, his photography skills are superb. The images received are always perfectly aligned, in great lighting and meet all of our customer’s expectations, clearly showing the damage they need to see to make their assessment.
