Thank you Dan for fitting our new boiler.
Dan was easy to contact and arrange to do a quote, as we needed a new boiler.
Dan was friendly and his years of experience showed as did his care for us as his customer.
He explained about the different types of boilers we could have, he wasn’t pushy but gave brilliant advice, he knows his boilers!
I don’t know how he did it, but the work was completed over 2 days, he stayed after 5pm to get the job done for us, as we were going from a system boiler to a combi boiler. He hit a few snags, but he kept us updated and stayed calm and professional throughout.
He gave us a full demonstration of the boiler, and how our new wireless thermostat operated the boiler.
Dan left the house as it was when he arrived, no mess, you wouldn’t have known we’d had any work done.
We look forward to seeing Dan once a year for our boiler service, we’ll have a coffee and biscuits ready for you. Tom
