Really lucky to find Dan earlier this year. A true professional and a genuine person. He is really approachable and is extremely knowledgable and won’t find extra unnecessary jobs to bump the bill up. Dan returned these last few days to work on the roof and deal with cracked render (from a previous builder). He arranged scaffolding so we didn’t have to have the bother and completed the work when he said he would, always communicating. His work, like his work ethic is excellent.

I am a letting agent and have recently used Dan for a roofing job on a property in Truro. He did a brilliant job, he has always been very responsive and did the job when he said he was going to (Which is rare for a roofer in my experience!) I was kept completely up to date throughout and although an expensive job, was very reasonably priced for the job carried out. Whilst he was there he picked up another issue which he managed to resolve whilst he was there and avoided the need for scaffolding again in the future! Fantastic service. Daniel was great at sorting out the chimney issue and also left the scaffolding up for us to check a week or two later that the leak was fixed. He came back checked the damp levels and inly removed the scaffolding when we were all sure the problem was sorted. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him back in for another job or recommend him to another
