Yes the taxi was late, but only by a few minutes. Due to the “Road Works” from the taxi drivers last delivery to pick up point. I had to be taken back along this route to get to my destination. Road work but no Workers!!
Driver apologised for the lateness, but obviously it would mean the next task would also suffer the knock-on effect. But the taxi firm contacted the next user and in formed of the situation, so well done to this company.
Must be recommended for all their hard work, pity that cannot be said for the road work team and administration. It nice to be kept informed. Kay Jay.
