Had these come out to give me 2007 bmw e91 a ‘full valet’. The day he turned up it started promising, got straight to it. Unfortunately an hr or so in, it started to rain, but he pushed through and continued with the valet. Upon finishing, I paid and he left. After the rain had stopped I went and checked over the car. I had noticed there was still dirt between the front seats and center console, there was still a build up of dirt around the rear wiper arm, window screen still had sat nav marks all over it, so obviously hadn’t been touched.
I got in touch and in fairness, they apologised and came out the next day to rectify the concerns.
Again, all looked great as he was doing it. When finished, dropped the keys back and apologised again and left. I looked at it again and whilst he had cleaned between the seats, there was still marks over my window screen and build up of dirt around the rear wiper arm!
Wont be using them again or recommending there services.
If I wanted half a job doing, I would have done it myself and saved myself the ££.
Messaged them on FB and he completely ignored my messages!
