LITHO PRINT SERVICES

You want your print to stand out from the competition and here at Booths Print we will work with you to make that happen. Our highly skilled and experienced finishing team complete production on your project to deliver an on-time and on-budget print solution. Based at The Praze in Penryn, near Falmouth in Cornwall, our friendly team of print professionals are on hand to offer a printing service to suit your needs and budget. You can choose from a full range of services from traditional single colour printing to a high-specification five-colour process. We print stationery, calendars, leaflets, magazines, books and just about anything you can think of. If it’s print you require, we can offer you a very competitive quality service.

DIGITAL PRINT SERVICES

Digital printing is faster and better value for small print runs, in comparison to conventional litho printing, without compromising on quality. We have two four colour digital presses. Our RICOH Pro C7100x digital press can also print a white ink and a varnish to give work a ‘stand out’ quality. We can print onto a wide range of papers and boards – from a light 90 gsm (for raffle tickets) to a sturdy 350 gsm (used for business cards). We can digitally print sheets up to 640 x 320mm. Our digital press can print on coloured paper and card, textured paper and even tracing paper. Options for personalised print runs and variable data printing are also available. Digitally printed work can go through most of our in-house finishing processes. We can supply you with gloss laminated business cards, matt laminated brochures with a spot varnish, and creased or perforated sheets. We frequently produce digitally printed books that can be case bound (hard back book), perfect bound (paperback book) or saddle-stitched (stapled).

CUSTOM CNC CUTTING

We now have a brand new JWEI digital flatbed cutter, the first of its kind in the UK. Our print and finishing service now includes bespoke cutting.  Whether you need a single affordable prototype or a run of many intricately cut items we look forward to helping you. Our digital CNC cutter is ideal for making prototypes, packaging, signage, display stands or truly unique calling cards. It can cut flat materials to a maximum size of 2500 x 1600 and to a depth of 18mm.  We can cut paper, board, corrugated cardboard, MDF, plywood, Dibond aluminium, Foamex, Forex, foam boards, vinyl, acetate and plastics. WIDE FORMAT

With Wide Format high-quality printing, you can print any width up to 160cm and ‘as-long-as-you-want’ on a vast range of media all in-house. We also offer Print & Cut Technology which further allows product and promotional ideas to really come to life.
