I’m a 1-1 groomer based in Higher Trencreek, Newquay. I started my career with dogs in 2010 when I qualified as a trainer and behaviourist after being involved with greyhound rescue since 2004.  I pride myself on providing a quiet and relaxed environment for your dog to enjoy their grooms – so there is only ever one dog at a time (unless dogs from same household). I understand nervous / shy dogs and will help them overcome their reluctance in a calm and positive manner.

All grooms include extra coat conditioner or spritz of doggy pawfume
I run a loyalty card scheme – have regular grooms and receive regular discounts

Took my dog Hugo too Jo for his first grooming session. He was very nervous ( big baby) . Jo was great and manage to make him feel comfortable enough so she could trim his nails . Will definitely be using groom room again .

George hates having his claws clipped. Jo was so patient with him and got them filed down with some gentle coaxing. She is very experienced in dealing with anxious dogs so is a great person to be grooming your dog.
George has been going to daycare with Jo for several years – it is his second home and he is always excited to go and have a great time.

My JR Panda visited Jo today for a spa treatment. I have to say that after his de-shed bath, body scrub and dry his coat definitely feels much softer. It was his first ever visit to a groomer and he was understandably a bit fidgety but Jo was very patient with him and his tail never stopped wagging. Definitely recommend the spa treatment .
