A1 Complete Builders Ltd are a local family run building company based near Truro, Cornwall. Established in 2000 we provide a high quality service to all our existing and new customers.
We cover all aspects within the building and construction industry and offer a complete building service. Anything from large scale renovations or building a new home from scratch or smaller projects such as garages and small extensions. We aim to suit all your building needs no matter how simple or complex they may be.
We carry out building contracts for the local authority as well as the public sector. We specialise in sympathetic restoration and renovation work on a variety of properties from small cottages up to large Grade 2 listed buildings. We are also Cob Repair Work and Lime Putty Rendering specialists and have many years of experience working with these materials.

Keith Pascoe and his team have carried out a number of jobs for us since we moved into our Georgian town house in Truro in 2022, including repairing a badly leaking bay window, lime plastering a section of internal wall and repairing and decorating a number of windows, whose timbers were starting to split. Keith is very responsive and professional and his team are unfailingly punctual, courteous and friendly, completing every job on time and to the highest standard. We have been particularly impressed by the skill and sensitivity with which they have dealt with the various challenges posed by our period property. Thanks to them the place is not only watertight, it looks lovely too.

Keith was prompt to come and look at my wall which was in critical condition and managed to stabilise it really quickly. The repair was then carried out over the next few weeks and is now looking much better and will last another few hundred years. The guys doing the work were tidy and respectful. We had a fire and hired A1 Complete Builders to do the remedial work. Having heard some horror stories concerning builders in general we went with a recommendation for A1 Complete Builders, it turned out to be an excellent decision!
Keith Pascoe, the owner of the company organised all the works using his in-house tradesmen which resulted things being done to very high standard and, unusually for Cornwall, the work was done when he said it would be done. His detailed and specific estimates were all realistic and accepted by the insurance company with little or no hesitation.
I can wholeheartedly recommend A1 Complete builders: excellent standards of work, great communication, and works always finished on time! What more do you need?

Keith and his team did an excellent job in removing existing render on a chimney and a stone wall (inside and outside) and re rendering/appointing it with lime. They were very efficient and very tidy. Thank you!
