Welcome to M.D.L. Heating, Cornwall. We have been established for over 30 years and in that time we have covered a lot of domestic, industrial and commercial installations from new builds to extensions on schools, hospitals and domestic properties.
We also cover repairs and maintenance works from a radiator change, ball valve replacement in a WC cistern or a tap washer change at the kitchen sink. We can also design, install complete bathrooms installations, from the planning stage and through to completion and include tiling if required. We carry a vast amount of stock to cover a lot of maintenance and emergency works.

Installation of first fix hot flow and return pipework and cold water main to bathroom, shower room and kitchen area. Position shower tray, vanity unit and WC. Connect hot cold and wastes as necessary. Connect hot, cold and waste for kitchen sink, dish washer and washing machine.

Mike of MDL Heating has been a consummate professional throughout our dealings with him. He completed a total bathroom refit including new walls, ceilings and electrics along with a new suite. Tidied up our kitchen with new taps, cornices etc. Fitted a complete new hot water system for the whole property. Recovered the walls, new ceiling and electrics in one bedroom. His colleagues he used to complete the work were obviously of the same high standard. We live 250 miles from this property and he project managed the whole job. His aftercare service has been the same high standard, 1st class!
